How to send attachments in email in SharePoint?

Standard

We will use a simple Workflow to send attachments to any user who wants a copy of the document if someone modifies the document in the Library.

We will use SharePoint Designer for that, I have used SharePoint Designer 2010

  1. Open Library in SharePoint Designer
  2. Add a Reusable Workflow
  3. Workflow will be

Send email to Current Item:TeamLeadEmailAddress_Site_Column, display [%Current Item:Modified By%] as sender. Also include attachments or documents from Current Item as attachments in the email.

  1. Save and Publish the Workflow
  2. All Done
