How to Uninstall Microsoft Visual Studio Premium 2013 with Update 3?

Problem: Microsoft Visual Studio Premium 2013 with Update 3 does not remove easily from the Program and Features option in the Control Panel.

If you receive this error, then follow the steps below: (below this picture)

1 – Open Command Prompt, in Windows 7 – click the start menu and type “cmd” in the Windows Search Box – without apostrophe. Type this command and uninstall the program forcefully.

vs_premium.exe is the exe file by which I installed this program. By entering this command I get the below error message:

2 – Install IE 10 or laters

3 – Restart your machine after installing Internet Explorer

4 – Run again this command

Unfortunately, I tried manual uninstall, FixIt tool by Microsoft but none was successful. I ended up reinstalling my operating systems. As troubleshooting was taking alot of time rather then simply reinstalling the windows.
